Property & Evidence: The Property and Evidence Section is the repository for all property and evidence collected by the Port Richey Police Department. Standards and safeguards are in place to guarantee all property is processed in accordance with state laws, city ordinances and departmental policies and procedures.

Property and Evidence requests can be submitted through the department Records Section. Cost may be associated to duplicate applicable evidence for public release. The following fees apply and are subject to change as necessary:

• Printed photos or photocopies $0.15 per page·       

• Audio CD (under 4GB)                   $1.00 per disc

• Video DVD (under 4GB)                  $1.00 per disc

• Flash Drive (4GB or higher)              $3.00 per each
