Communications: The City of Port Richey Police Department 9-1-1 Communications Center is manned round-the-clock by certified Public Safety Telecommunicators (PSTs) ready to assist citizens with emergency and non-emergency calls. All incoming calls for service for Police, Fire or EMS within the city limits are professionally handled by the communications center.
